Out of the blue, there comes someone misbehaving that makes us asnwer the same way. However, act in a different way. A bad face, the bad wood is the masc which hides sadness or some kind of revolt that is actually saying "Love me, understand me".
It's not by saying bad things to people that you'll be able to change them. People that are more affected if they are accepted, not if they are given back rude words. 
keep calm and think positevely.  A smile, a gesture, a word can make miracle. love is a great shower on the fire of the misbehaving ones. 

Other people’s pain may be na example to the ones
who is facing difficult situations.
If this your case, observe that other people with more
serious problems do not give up. This kind of resitence will give you
a better idea of your own difficulties, and may be you’ll consider
them less difficult than you used to. Later, imagine yourself free from

I’m sure that I can get a strong, holy power that over comes every problem
and can take me high. I can make such a power show up and give me pleasure.
I trust it and it boots me up. I practice positive thoughts. I work and
I pray with hope and will. When I look at myself I can see that
I am capable of doing things. I worship this power and I thank God for that.
This interior force dress it self with the clothes that fits the occasion.

 

Meditation

Our of spring isn’t really ours.
They are sons of eagerness of life.
They come after you, but they aren’t yours.
Although they live with you, they don’t belong to you.
You give out little when they are part of your belongings.
But when you give yourself, there you are really giving when you work, you are a flute
which make hours become melodies.
Which of you would accept just a stick when you can have a flute?
It has bem like that with love.
It only sees how deep things are at the time they get apart.

Elderly experiences

Move yourself like a child. Phisical activities make a duration of a life time.
Walk, stretch yourself don’t stop.

Eat like an indian

Avoid industrizalized products try to eat less fat. Abuse of fruits
and vegetables. Use little salt. Reduce the sugar.

Sleep as a cat

Rest as much as you think you need. Stretch yourself
while waking up. Take cave of your body.

Be persistent like a camel

Be disciplined. Take the commidment of getting older with heath.
Define tasks and goats keep your dreams alive.

Have the happiness of a dolfin

Valve the good things life gives us. Don’t get bitter life
depend on anybody for your good dill.

Be independent like a bird

Don’t depend on anybody for your good will.

Be solicitor like dog

Make yourself needed. Be available. Be faithful to social causes.

Keep believing in life, love and fraternity.

 

Ask for God
 

When you get yourself in trouble, give yourself another
change and ask for God.
During the bitter moments, give yourself some hope and pray to God.
In a moment of revolt, when you find yourself
at a nervous breakdown, to anger the gesture to God.
Facing ingratitude, think of God.
Whenever you fail, whenever you think you don’t believe
in things any none, try again and expect the help of God.
If everything around you seems dark and you feel yourself close
to madness, ask for God and light the candle you have inside you.
Insist, walk more.
Don’t give up easily.
Give yourself another try.
A great desert is made of tiny little sand, that moves.
A great tempest is made of little dots of water that come together.
And the universe is made of extremely little particles
that the love of God puts together in a great balance.
Your difficult moments can be dealt by yourself if you can
put your efforts together in order to keep your trust in god.

Personal effort


The great conquest of humanity come out of personal efforts.
Man is capable of getting into a giant with discipline and keeping good results.
Such results start in the man himself.
You may not become someone everybody knows of however, inside you,
you can have great victories, making youself a
precious stone where you live.
God loves you. Don’t forget such a truth and go ahead with Jesus Christ.
You may not find the solution for hunger over the Earth,
but may be you can help others solveing the problem in other ways.
You won’t be able to avoid natural catastrophes, but at
least you won’t hurt the souls that live around you.
In fact you won’t be able to prevent deseases  from
Killing thousands of people however, you are able to pass on
a good word and slave your optimism, hope and courage.
Facing wars or any kind of terrorist acts, in case you find yourself
incapable of doing anything that can turn them into peaceful
actions, your love efforts will surely be at least.
Instruments that can give people some happiness
the ones you share your moments with.
Urban violence will not end just because you whish for it.
Your modest help of educating through talking may influence
someonewho is out of society, getting in such world of violence.
Naturally, the most you try to do won’t change some
rules that rule the universe as a whole.
But your deeds will help you and others around you to have some
kind of balance around out sun, which is Jesus. Great problems
need respect, but individual when added,
produce volume and can come up with solutions.
A flood comes from a single drop.
Na epidemy comes from a virus that was able to survive.
This way, do your part, even if it is a little one, and the world
will get better.
Society comes from individuals. A great deal of them.
When a man gels straight helps his community.
And, coming from his personal efforts, to be happier,
makes a better world and the evil will surely run  away.

    

At the exact moment

At the same way the body can’t live without blood,
the sould won’t live without faith.
Faith is the fundamental element for a life of realizations.
As the body can’t live without being fed, the sould can’t live
without the power of prayers.
The aliment is what feeds the body. Keeping it alive and healthy.
Man’s fate is to dominate his instincts, facing and
getting over passions that may put him into sadness.
In order to do so, th use of faith is very important because
being a coward won’t make you get the decisions you need.
Prayers gives you the power you need.
To face fear and throw yourself towards the goals you have.
Great men where able to achieve what they wanted imoved
by faith and their identification whith the God.
Certainly a lot more got lost into the world of crime and violence,
moved by their egos and fearful of the moments
of madness they where going through.
Disturbed, they hated and we’ve hated, finally they were bitten.
Men of god suffered, that’s true, but they didn’t make anybody suffer.
They loved and left a clear way to others, who also love, because
they have a model to follow.
Through prayers it will be laner to see, to choose and to follows
the safer and happies way.
The true prayer, that comes from the heart asking for God,
is in fact a shield that protects you from bad things that may hurt you.
Only apparentely one can bits a man of faith, a man that prays.
No one can destroy him. He is always free and is always in peace.
Nothing disturbs him because he fears nothing,
because he is not ambitions.
Prayers ca salve life. Without them, men get mad.
Whenever you get around difficulties, without seing a way of getting
the help you need, pray, give yourself to God and salvation
will come from up there, at the exact moment.


 

No one can postpone if.
Sooner or later good or evil will be choosen.
And what is better to life will win.
